I’m Dr. Arease Edison... psychotherapist, author, speaker, and emotional literacy expert. Through years of supporting others in therapy, I’ve witnessed the pain that lives beneath high-functioning survival, the invisible scars™ that impact our relationships, our self-worth, and our peace.
My expertise as an Emotional Literacy Coach is rooted in clinical wisdom, education, and lived experience. My clinical foundation and years of practice in spiritual, community and professional settings, equip me with the ability to observe, listen for and respond to deep rooted emotional wounds that are often masked as overachievement, disconnection, or self-abandonment.
This coaching space was created for you ... not to diagnose or fix you, because you are not broken! But to walk with you as you heal worthiness wounds, build emotional clarity, and return to yourself, fully, gently, and without shame. My approach is rooted in emotional literacy, somatic integration, and sacred self-awareness. I create a soft, structured space for high-functioning individuals who are tired of over-performing, over-giving, and carrying silent emotional wounds beneath their success.
This is not therapy, it’s transformational coaching designed to help you name what’s been buried, heal from patterns of self-abandonment, and reconnect with your inner truth. Through reflective tools, guided practices, and spiritual attunement, you’ll begin to feel, speak, and live from a place of wholeness...no longer surviving, but becoming.

EMOTIONAL LITERACY COACHING PROGRAM
The Invisible Scars™ Emotional Literacy Coaching Program is a 6-week healing experience designed to help high-functioning men and women, individuals of faith, and couples understand, and heal from emotional wounds that often go unseen. These include childhood neglect, betrayal, identity loss, and suppressed grief. This program will guide you from emotional disconnection to inner attunement, not just through information, but through restoration. You will leave not only more aware, but more whole. You will no longer have to earn your worth. You’ll begin to live from it. You'll walk away with the tools and truth to live healed.whole.well.™ just as God intended.
