Mental health is the  constant journey towards healthier thoughts, feelings, behaviors and relationships.  Exploring the "why"  and not focusing on the "what" (behaviors, choices, issues, etc.) can help uncover your belief system. Benefits of therapy include interpersonal reflection, treatment for mental health conditions and allowing another person to hold space for you to check in with your authentic self.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a licensed therapist with helps people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict, and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing Gottman and other therapeutic modalities.

Family Therapy

Family therapy aims to develop and maintain healthy family relationships. The goal is to address the conflicts of the family as a unit, including conflicts each family member may have. These issues may be emotional, mental, behavioral, financial, or marital.

Individual Therapy

During individual talk therapy sessions, the conversation is often led by the therapist and can touch on topics such as past or current problems, experiences, thoughts, feelings or relationships experienced by the person while the therapist helps make connections and provide insight.

The most difficult times for many of us... are the ones we give ourselves.
